I agree with all the ladies, do not let her have the quilt for anything less than $200 or even more. The time frame of 3 weeks was too much to ask for let alone her not living up to what you agreed upon. No one knows how much time we put into all of our projects. Let her go to Wal Mart.

Stick with the price she agreed to. Tell her you will hold onto it until she can come up with the money. Itemize the bill. Time on each portion (design, fabric shopping, piecing, appliqué, quilting, binding, cost of materials.).
