What's your (visual) definition of Scrappy
#1
Based on both public and private communications, I've come to believe that "scrappy" is not so well-defined nor used to mean the same thing by all quilters.
What's your definition of Scrappy? Please answer with a photograph (or several).
(These are NOT my quilts, but others I've found here that I admire.)

Scrappy to me is defined as using any fabric left over from previous projects. Nothing PURCHASED for the project. Though I know many people actually purchase and co-ordinate fabric for scrap quilts. But, to me that defeats the purpose of what a scrap quilt is about.
Here's one of mine and it's a true scrap quilt. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-160689-1.htm
By the way...someone entered a scrap quilt at our show and was marked down by a judge because the scraps weren't co-ordinated well.... Grrrrr. Scraps are scraps:
