Need Help with blank White rectangle..........
On most of the threads, I get a blank white rectangle, except it says at the top "............videos" and it has a arrow button on the left hand side.....
This just started tonight. Anyone else having this problem?
I have to go to the top and select a different category or close down the site and then open it up again.
I'm confused on how to fix this, Help Please.

Ditto, Firefox and you can't get rid of the little bug-a-boo rectangle until you go to a new thread.

i also received an email about this.
it does not happen to me.
i will share this with tech support.
unfortunately i suspect it will turn out to originate on the computers/devices of the effected members - not from the QB.
fingers crossed they can at least suggest a solution.

I use Chrome as my browser and had this happen this morning. I right clicked on the white box and chose Reload Frame. It went away and I could read the message. HTH
