Apple Burritos

Cut up 2 large apples- Granny Smith, etc.
Simmer in 1/2 c orange juice
1 T lemon juice
Add 1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cloves
Cook gently for 3-5 mins
Thicken with 1 T corn starch in 2 T cold water
Add 1/2 c nuts or raisins or dried cranberries, etc
Cool
Line a cooky sheet w parchment or greased foil
Form into burritos with 6 flour tortillas (7-8"), folding in the sides first.
Place on pan, seam down
Brush with melted butter & sugar optional.
Bake fot 20-25 mins.
Adapted from Fam Fun magazine. Lower calories than pie!!
