I have one too. I am still not sure about it. It seems like a lot of standing, watching, cooling, etc. I was really tired after making a batch. The cake balls were terrific, but I still have to work on the frosting/glaze/icing. Some slid down on the sticks and my icing ran down too. Many folks use a baked cake, crumble, add frosting and roll into balls. They are more "solid", rather than "light". Anyway, I was frustrated and have switched back to regular cakes after attending a Wilton Cake Decorating Class this spring. Yes, it is still lots of work, but the results are prettier.
