My friend is celiac and joined a society here in England, they are really great, great guidance as to what food is gluten free in the supermarket, giving free books and recipes, places where you can buy further books and shops, cafes and restaurants which provide gluten free food. they have outings and holidays and friends and partners who are not celiac can go to. Have a look and see if there is something like this in USA I am sure there must be.Goole should have an answer.

Google..........gluten free recipes. There are more and more sites showing up. I have three friends with Celiac Disease. Good luck. One friend, in a small town, told me one of the grocery stores there now carry gluten free bread in the frozen foods departmet. Manager says they sell 6 cases a week. She also said it was good.

I have used a product called Quinoa. It is really good. You can get it as pasta, flour or rice/barley. www.truroots.com or google Quinoa for recepies. I get mine at costco or my bulk food store.

Betty Crocker has a new boxed cookie and cake that are gluten free. The best bread I have found is Pamelas. They have the recipe for white bread and one also for sweet bread. Its on the back of the package. I use my bread machine to make it. The best pasta is by tinkyada. It does not get mushy like some do. Even if you reheat it the next day it is still good. Good luck! Bob's Red Mill has lots of gluten free mixes and gluten free oatmeal. Beware, all oatmeal is not gluten free, and barley is not gluten free. DM and I are both allergic. Look for gluten free soy sauce, too. There are lots of good gluten free breads out now- it has gotten lots better in the last few years.
