Easiest Crock Pot Dinner (5 min to make) for when you MUST quilt
1 (2lb) bag of pre-cooked frozen Italian Meetballs (Great Value brand at Wal Mart are great)
1 or 2 (16 oz) cans of your favorite flavor spaghetti sauce
Hoagie or sub rolls
spices as you wish
Turn crock pot on low. Dump in frozen meatballs. Add sauce and spices. Stir. Cook on low for up to 10 hrs. You can turn to "keep warm" setting if you have it 1-2 hrs before serving. Slice sub rolls, and add a line of meatballs to fill. Top with sauce and sprinkle motz. cheese, onions etc as you like. Serve with a big glass of milk and some sliced fruit and your DH will think you cooked all day.....when you really quilted.

Quick spray your crock pot with spray oil (or any other pan/bowl) before you cook in it and it will clean very easily. No elbow grease necessary to clean up. Washes clean like a charm, easy to do!! A stitch in time will save nine is the old saying!!.
