Your family will rave about this one! It's called "Frozen Ice Cream Bar Dessert."
Here's a picture with the recipe.

Fortunately, I gain no weight from such indulgences! At least that's what I tell myself before indulging!! To think that some people take this recipe a step further is mindboggling! They use instant choc. pudding mix blended with the cool whip to go between the layers and doctor it with more chocolate sprinkles on top!!! And then to put another layer of caramel ice cream topping on top is way over the top for this recipe!! Yummmmmmmm. :D :D Tomorrow we diet~~haha.

Yes, it is gorgeous here in the Blue Ridge!! Yes, we particularly love Cape Hatteras, NC, Nags Head, Salvo, Ocracoke (an island reached only by ferry) (love it there because of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other). We prefer NC beaches to Va. beaches. My son goes every summer to NC beaches; I haven't been there in quite a while. Do love to go to Yorktown beaches and Jamestown area. We also love MD beaches!! NJ beaches are great but don't care for FLA beaches!

    :D :D

You know we have never been to Myrtle Beach, SC but I've heard how fabulous it is there! Some in my family have been there but not me. Are you near Myrtle Beach? Are you near the coast?
