Mini chocolate/cherry brownies
I'm looking for a recipe for a mini brownie (made in a miniature cupcake pan) that has a maraschino cherry or one from a cherry pie filling in the center. We served them at a reception for the featured quilter at our quilt show about 6 years ago & they were awesome. Now no one can remember who made them....surprise! I don't know if they were from a mix, how long to bake them, or if the cherries were added before baking or after. I believe they might have had a glaze drizzled over them, too. Do any of you have the recipe & are you willing to share it?
Thanks
Thanks

Make your brownie mix and put it in the muffin tins.
Then just some cherry pie filling overtop when ready to serve.
For a little more WOW-power, I'd put a dollop of whipped cream (or cool whip) on the mini brownie first.
Then top with a drizzle of cherry pie filling ... hopefully with a cherry!
(I'd buy extra frozen cherries, and cook them a little, then turn into the pie filling so you could be sure to have atleast one cherry per person ... or make the filling from scratch)

I just saw this recipe and thought it might be similar to what you wanted.
You could easily switch the raspberries for cherries too.
Looks pretty easy ... and delectable!

It actually came in an email I get from them on a regular basis.. So when I saw it, I thought it was too much like what you were asking for, that I should pass it on.
At other times though ... Google can be your friend and doesn't take much time!
