selm,
my new neighbor/friend, Irida said that the smaller limes are best for this type of dish. and the liquid mix of orange peppers (she leaves some seeds for a little more spice) has been put in the blender with garlic cloves. then she pours in in a jar with a lid, keeps it in the fridge. she must add it to other dishes too i think. i will have to ask.
she also said she would make some orange cake with some sort of sauce over it..this coming week. i am so excited!
it is hard to believe that the lime "cooks" the talapia..
