Potato Dogs
1 pack of hot dogs
5 cups of instant potatoes
5 cups of water
6 slices of cheddar cheese
paprika
butter
Preheat the oven to 350. Boil water, then put hot dogs in the water till
they split. Then make instant mash potatoes with the hot dog water. Then
cut the dogs in half so they lay flat. Then put cheese on top of the dogs
with potatoes on top of that. With a dap of butter on the potatoes put a
pinch of paprika on that. Put the dogs in the over on a 9/13 cookie sheet
and cook for 30-45 minutes till dogs are brown or the butter melts with
the paprika.

Just as there are many veggie burgers, there are just as many veggie hot dogs! In addition to being known as the most authentic substitute to the “real thing,” veggie hot dogs are also much healthier than regular hot dogs. Try any of these great alternatives at your local grocery store.

Boca used to have veggie dogs. I haven't bought any for a while, so I'm not sure if they still have them. I used to LOVE them. The only thing about them is the sodium content. You get that with everything these days, though.
