Due to overwhelming requests and the kindness and generosity of
watterstide for putting together a pictorial tut -seen here -

https://picasaweb.google.com/strut526/CowboyBib?feat=directlink]https://picasaweb.google.com/strut52...eat=directlink

This is a re post, my original post of my pattern got inadvertently deleted. Thank you again watterstide for making this pictorial tut

Isn't her little Ben model adorable?

Here are the pattern and basic directions

page 2 continued from first page- I quit writting by hand and computerized the rest of the directions.

Depending on the width of your fabric you should get 2 bibs out of one bandanna and 1/4 yard of fabric

That is too cute! We've got a couple of baby girls coming this summer. May change those colors to cowgirly. Thanks so much...love it!

Thanks for reposting. I bought a bandana yesterday. Finally chose a dark blue one, but that red is really, really cute.

Duh on me! I put the thought aside as our babies are girls - but, of course, a pink bandana and purple vest would work, right?

i bought pink one, and there are no girls in my family..! but what a great baby shower gift! you could even tack it on the gift!

i thought it ws going to be too small for ben, but it works fine!
although not shown in the pictures, sew down the bandana onto the vest (the "V" in front) kalady (laura) suggestion.

Thanks so much for reposting this!
