Welcome. That is a Japanese badged machine with fancy stitches. The controls look similar to the Dressmaker, but the body is shaped differently as seen at post #3 at Vintage Japanese 'Badged' sewing machine with fancy stitches
It should be a good machine. The bobbin should be a class 15 and it looks to be a high shank machine.
Did you get a manual with it? Do you have some attachments for it?
There is probably a JA and/or JC with a number after. I'm guessing a JA3 or JA20 and maybe a JC5 or JC6 or something else.
Some of these machines have set for a while and will need to be cleaned and lubricated.
