Msleepingbeauty: Looks like someone threw the White machine out of a truck. Even in that condition it would be worth grabbing as a parts machine. VS Whites aren't nearly as common as their rotary machines.

This is more a failure of a schools to teach things like home ec, or just people never being exposed to sewing machines at all... I emailed the guy and asked if he had a picture of the front. Here's his response:"No but I can get it. It looked the same all around." Really?!?! By the 60s, most machines had a few knobs on the front... Can't wait to see the other side, thinking the wheel looks like a Rocketeer though.
