My Hubby recently came home with an older singer for me! Yes. No manual was with it I went to the dinger site to download one and ran into a bit of a problem. The serial # on the machine is Ag732090 the site says this was made in 1946 and is a model # 15 OK thats all good. When I went to download the manual for it, a manual for a treddle machine keepscomming up this is not a treddle machine.
What am I doning wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I also have a 15-91 with the potted motor, and an original manual. I have scanned it and would be glad to send it to you also. Mine has an AH serial number from 1947. I also have the parts manual.

http://www.singerco.com/pdf/SINGER_AG_nos.pdf According to this it is Model 15 one of 25000 and made in 1946, 7 years old than a similar one I have :D
You can download a free copy here: http://www.singerco.com/accessories/manuals.html although it is for a treadle machine it won't really matter as it is the threading and working part of the machine which is important, is it not :P
