Pfaff 230 cabinet to machine hinges not working
Good Morning! I found this site when looking for help on how to reattach my Pfaff 230 to it's cabinet (original from 1955). I removed it (easily-I just lifted it off the hinges) for repair, and when I went to replace it, it just slides off the hinges. I saw there were no set screws, so ordered a pair from some vintage machine site. No help. The hinges had some sort of broken bolt over them, so I removed that--still no luck. I think I need whatever that bolt is, but two days of Googling has not helped. I've attached a photo of the hinge and of the broken bolt that I removed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
