Singer 301 and Card Table
I am so excited. About 3 weeks ago I bought a Singer 301 longbed on Ebay. It has some spotting in the finish on the bed but is seems to run well. I still haven't completely cleaned it (feed dog area) but I have oiled it. I was also able to get a buttonholer, and a zigzag attachment that fit it. I tried to purchase a card table on Ebay but I wasn't willing to pay $150 for it.
Then I saw someone saying they saw one on etsy.com. I went there and bought it ($85). It just came today and I set it up. I can't wait to use it. The table does have an area on the top that looks like maybe an iron burned it. However, the insert is there and the top is not chipped anywhere.

I could not get my 301 longbed to fit in my table. Yes, it is correct table, wonder if they come in different cut out sizes.
Now gonna have to go out and bring it in from storage and check it out again, maybe did something wrong when trying it.

There are several sizes of card tables. Go here http://www.ismacs.net/singer_sewing_..._cabinets.html Certain card tables are for short beds not long beds.
