Omgosh! Here's another one. LOVE the cabinet! (sorry about the sideways pic - it's that way on the ad) http://fresno.craigslist.org/atq/2206617004.html

What beautiful sewing machines today. I go in and look at my modern machines and just shake my head. I got all of my old ladies all cleaned up and they are so pretty. I just have to get the cabinets fix and all but 1 will be ready to go. Kathie

I do too. If only I were brave enough to venture out of the world of Singer...and also into the world of treadles. Someday. Maybe.
Do it! Go for this machine! You will be surprised with how wonderful the non Singer perform. Go see the machine and even see if you can get it for less. Remember that these are simple machines.

Shemjo, That is a beautiful cabinet! Is that your new machine? IF so, gorgeous cabinet.

I can't seem to find the way to start a new topic for this part of the group. I would like to now how if someone can help. I am wanting to know if some rust on a machine could be dealt with or would it be better not to mess with it. I could send some pics if I can find a way to start a new topic. Thanks
