Vintage Sewing Machine Shop.....Come on in and sit a spell
I have been away from this site for a while...about 50-75 pages ago, to be close...and 3 (more) machines have found their way into my life....still in the trunk of the car since hubby knows nothing about these. Two are MW and the other a Singer crinkle coat. Like I said...haven't even looked too close...Paid $5 each for them. I don't want the MW machines at all, but can't wait to see the Singer. The lady said her mother had it before she was married (1949) so it's at least a 1949 model. Don't even know the serial numbers yet!
I need help! This is getting way, way outta hand!! LOL!

So right! I do need help with a decision, though. I am looking at the Singer 201 andor 301 to add to my "collection". Don't ask me why!!!! I just can't decide between the 2. I've read everything posted on the Board and a bunch of stuff on the internet. Ggrrrrrrr No help at all.
FYI, I have a FW and a 15-91 but feel pulled to purchase another model. I'm going to have to grow more appendages to use them all!
Anyway, based on the fact that I have the FW and the 15-91, which would you all buy? The machines I'm looking at run aprox $150 each which is by no means a "thrift store find" but it seems NOTHING ever shows up in my area.

Could someone tell me if this is a good price for the machine and cabinet. I can't go look at it and will have to have my bff look at it since she lives nearby the seller.
Thanks!

So to answer your question Free made the Free.
