Hi Cathy,
Thank you, I remember seeing it at the TOGA in your sewing room. I have a SuperNova, I think my favorite style, shape for sewing machines, is the more traditional shape. I just love the Singer 99K's, don't know what it is about them. Here is a picture of my pink, really a (coral color) machine.

MWFoley/Mike,
Welcome! I'm so happy that you found us. This is a wonderful group of people, with lots of information to share.
I sew mostly with vintage/antique machines, some are treadles. My current favorite among my treadles is the Pfaff 60, straight stitch only and is in beautiful condition.
I'm primarily a quilter and sometimes a sewist of garments for myself. I make charity quilts for in-need children and Quilts of Valor.
happily treadling in central Texas,
Sharon W.

Blackside, Centennial, and a Singercraft Guide that looks whole. That is, if I wasn't one country over and a couple thousand miles... Probably will get that for it.

I've got a similar one for $35, though it's not a Centennial version. Pick up, only, of course. My machine looks better, but their case looks better.
This is what I picked up today, I didn't realize from the CL photo that she is a 99. It came in a Bentwood case, the locks work, and it has the key! The machine is dirty, a lot of fluff, and just dirt. I took off the motor, part of the cords outer cover was melted. So, maybe a new motor, or another hand crank?? This one was born Jan 3, 1938. One owner, and has been in storage for 25 years.
