    SteveH, here is a couple of shots of the feed dogs (metric ruler). That would be fantastic if you have a spare to share!

    Love that industrial pedal, I can just feel the power it would throw while treadling!

    Thank you! The only spares I have found have been for either model 16 or newer machines and the attachment point is not the same, sadly.

    SteveH did you get a chance to take a look for feed dogs? I am overly excited about a replacement so I can sew more things with this beast. That and the Florence shuttle. Thank you again for the offers to help!

    Sorry to say, No joy on the foot. The extra one I have is for an older industrial and is not even close.

    I have the thin sheet spring steel, and I will try to cut, shape, and temper the shuttle flap this weekend.

    Thank you so much for checking, Steve! This IM is from 1885 and there don't seem to be many spare parts to be found for it. Fortunately there is enough to work with.

    I appreciate you working on the shuttle flap! I can't tell you how excited I am with the prospect of having a working shuttle.
