I have a feather weight and love it. I had it checked out locally and they said it should last much much longer. So glad. I go through streaks where I use it alot, then do other projects with newer machines. I don't know if you have live auctions in your area, but I do see them. Check your local papers. Have fun!

You will love your featherweight! I keep mine busy quite a bit. It sews a beautiful stitch, and soooo handy to take other places.
I have a Website if anyone never needs where to go to get parts, ect....

PS. I saw that pink one on ebay too, it got pricey indeed. I just check ebay for the fun of it but not sure I like the ones they paint. Almost seems sacreligious to me lol

Thanks, Sue. Those repainted, colorful featherweights are sure selling for a lot of money. I really wanted that pink featherweight because I love the color pink. But I decided that the black one would probably be worth more as an antique because it has the original paint.
