    Oh my gosh! I would soooo love to have your friend in my neighborhood. I "had" a wonderful featherweight and in a fit of madness, sold it!

    How exciting!!! If I had the room,I would LOVE to collect old vintage machines!!! The history just fascinates me,wondering what they've sewn

    The kindness that brought this machine to your doorstep is just as beautiful as the machine. I suggest you write an account of how you acquired this machine and tuck it into the case for some future owner down the line. It would be a way of preserving the good deed even after you are gone.
