I got a rubber wheel for the winder at the local SMG shop. This was the "before" position and it was supposed to wind from the treadle belt - Joe had me move the winder over so it lines up with the handwheel now.

Not QV, but I can answer that question . In your first set of pics, number 6 shows the winder fairly nicely. It is belt run off the balance wheel and takes long cylindrical bobbins. about 1/4 " by 1"
