bobbin cases for featherweights
I bought a featherweight machine at Goodwill for $25.00 It needs a new lift lever and a bobbin case.
This is a second machine for me and was thinking of fixing and selling it but was horrified at how
much the "original" bobbin cases are. I have seen reproduction ones that say they will work.
What is the real scoop on these? Do they work? They are half the price of the "originals" and
I would prefer to not have to pay such a high price. Any help is appreciated.

The FW Shop have a new Bobbin Case for the FW which is guaranteed to work in all Featherweights
I'm also with juliasb about fitting original parts if possible.
I didn't have to replace that part on my own machine but still cost a pretty penny to return machine to new working condition so wouldn't make reselling viable imo.
