Default button hole attachment/quilting foot for FW and 99K and 15-90

In all my purchases, I've gotten a ton of attachments . . . most I don't recognize. What I didn't see in any of them was a button hole attachment or what I know as a quilting foot.

I checked on Ebay, but all they say is vintage attachment.

Can someone help me out with pictures? And, do the different machines take the same attachments?

Singer low shank buttonholers will fit your machines. You will need the one in the green case. Either the older black model or the biege model will fit. They were considered as extras and had to be purchased separately. I can often pick them up for less than $10 in my local 2nd hand shop. My last one was $3 and had extra cams. You should be able to buy a walking foot, 1/4' foot or a foot to do free motion quilting at your local sewing machine shop. I bought all of these for my 201 Singer, walking foot was $22.99, 1/4" foot was $5.99 and the FM foot was $8.99 and I had more than one to choose from. The generic ones made for low shank machines will all fit.

Do you mean walking foot, free motion (darning foot), or a foot with ad adjustable guide, so that quilting lines are straight?

I have a 1/4 foot that "walks" for my 401A. I love it when I have to actually quit. It keeps the layers in line. I was wondering if they had anything like that for the FW.

I bought a 301 and it had three buttonhole attachments with cams. If you'd like one, make me an offer. I have parts numbered 160743, and two numbered 16506.

Try 35th Ave Sewing or Mulqueens in PHX.

I got mine at Sew-Classic.com for nearly the same price. The ones with "Singer" on them cost significantly more, of course. Generic work just fine for what I need.

Yes, you can buy a walking foot for your fw. I bought one off of ebay. I really don't use it much though but I have it "just in case"!
