    Default Can I slow my machine down? (Knee pedal)

    This thing looks nothing like the featherweight pedal inside and I’m wondering if I can adjust it cause it goes too fast. The brass thing rotates to touch the different copper parts and the further it goes the faster it goes. As soon as it touches the first one it takes a second to reach the full speed but i think it goes too fast for being the minimum speed.

    I'm not familiar with adjusting the speed of this particular foot control but you could take the two wires and replace
    it with any other foot control. The old common singer foot controls can all be adjusted for speed.
