Can't remember type no feed dogs

I amy be looking at a treadle soon with no feed dogs. Presser foot does the work. What are these called? Not the brand, the type. Thanks. My brain froze up.

I have a Davis Vertical Feed treadle. Love it for quilt bindings.

Most often it's the needle that is doing the "feeding". I've worked with some industrial machines that were needle fed and - you really needed to watch to keep your fingers out of the way!

My Davis is not near as scary! But then it's not running near as fast!
