Default Centennial Sewing Machine, model 601, Japanese made, I think

I recently acquired a Centennial machine, model 601. I can't find any information via google about this machine. Anyone here? It is a treadle but also has a motor. Any info would be great. Thanks.

If it's Japanese made, the same machine will often appear under different brands/names. To get any knowledgeable replies, you'll have to post a photo.

Photos have to be small to post. Currently, almost all cameras and phones take larger photos than this site allows. I usually resize mine to 96 dpi using Paint, a microsoft program found in the Windows accessories file on Windows computers. Almost any graphics program is capable of resizing a photos, though.

601 seems way too new to be a Centennial. But I have been known to be wrong before. Welcome to the board.

Doh. Is Centennial the brand name on the machine?
