Default cleaned up Minnesota Model D---bobbins?

Got mmy hank crank cleaned up and moving----but discover the bobbin shuttle case and bobbins were the wrong ones for the machine---they are long and it needs shorter ones....Does any body know where I can order them?

    Hi,
The "D" looks great. You can try Thayer Rags: http://www.cdthayer.com/ThayerRagsMachines.htm
You need a Davis short shuttle and bobbins, also Davis long needles (Boye 10). Davis made your machine for Sears in the early 1900's.

    Good Luck
    Jon

What a proud and stately machine. It is a beauty. Good job shining the balance wheel.
