Steve,

You aughta put LA County Fire Dept, Squad 51 decals on it. That would be neat.

Ooooohhhh...RED! Is that like, "Candy Apple" red? I love it! I was thinking of repainting a FW that color, but I've been chicken. You've given me some courage.

Good color choice. I saw a Singer 31-15 painted bright glossy red, and I really liked it. The owner had used one of her rodeo trophy buckles to substitute for the rear inspection plate, and that really topped it off nicely.

Sweet! Your DD had a good idea. Since it's being repainted anyway, why not? No one will think it's a forgery either.

I may have missed it, if so I apologize, what are you painting it with? Spraycan, detail gun, something else? What kind of paint and what kind of primer? Some spray enamels have given my trouble if I tried to wet sand them. Thanks
