Default CNC sewing machine (Computer Numeric Control)

    Ok, so this is cool.

A person figured out a way to cross a sewing machine with a CNC milling machine (home version)

the original site that I found this on was Hackedgadgets.com

    My wife said: "Hmmmmmm".

With CNC control you could program it to to a picture in thread over the quilt. Or anything really. There is only one glaring problem. When the electricity goes off, you ain't running that one with a treadle.
