That is a cool one. There's one like that on my local CL for much higher than that price and it's been there for several months. The rounded style probably was made for a certain brand of machine. There are more generic ones too. I have a rectangular generic free arm one and one made for either a flat bed machine or a serger that has a little drawer on the left side.

I had a similar table like Joe posted for my Viking and one for the serge - I used it a lot, and after a bit the brackets holding the front leg started to bend and it ended up with a noticeable downward slope. So I bought a cheap icky one and traded the legs and got several more years out of it.
I would say not stable if you are bench rest shooting, but OK if you just want a shooting stand and aren't testing loads or something where you need to make sure the gun is not moving around on you.
