Default Craigslist Ad in St.Louis for 30 Singer Antique Sewing Machine and more

I was going through Craigslist today and there is an ad for sale for Singer antique sewing commercial sewing machines. The ad says that they are selling 30 complete Singer Antique sewing machines and 40-50 Incomplete or parts of Singer machines. There was a name given (guess it's okay to list his name ?) Please call Mike at 314-808-4110. Hope someone gets a good deal here.

Be careful of Craig's list. People have been rooked badly by answering those ads.

I think common sense is always a good idea when buying anything - craigslist or not. However, last year I cleaned out the sewing room and the house and got about $1,000.00. I always have them come in the evening or on a weekend when my husband is home, and we put the item in the garage...no one is coming in my house that I do not know. So far...so good. But then again, I am not selling electronics or jewelry. For that, I would meet in a public place, like a Culvers. That is what my 70 year old Dad did when he sold his IPhone. He said one guy refused to meet him in the restaurant...so I suppose that in itself is a way to weed out the shady people.
