Default DH and I......winter restoration project

I found this machine this summer at a yard sale, I never thought I would want a vintage singer, but this forum and this section changed my mind. My DH and I will restore it this winter. This section of the forum lead me to all the information I needed for research of the machine and restoration information. Thank you all who generously provide this information and to those who built the sections that start this thread. It was because of all you and all the information on here that encouraged me and inspired me to seek out a vintage singer.
The machine runs, light works, needs TLC and sprucing up, and some new rubber and oiling, and wicks. I am looking forward to sewing on it later this winter.
