Not much but the stitch regulator is different and the direction of the bobbin case I think. I will go back and look at what the differences are but I know the stitch length regulator is the easiest way to tell.

It's either a 15 or a 115. Either way, your machine will take class 15 bobbins and standard 15x1 needles. (also called HAx1, 2020, 130, 705 and several other names)
The free online manual for the 15-30 will be close enough to help you get your machine sewing, even if it's a 115. :)

I think it's a Singer 115 with Tiffany decals. You're in Canada right? They seem to pop up here. I have two with Gold Wing decals. Here's a picture of one of mine. They are such nice machines!
