Seriously NOT laughing... I felt that way with just about anything with plastic until my sister showed me up - I had two plastic wonders left for dead at my shop - my sister turned the needles the right way and now they work - go figure. I just couldn't bring myself to give them the time of day - now I look things over just enough to know whether something is user error or JANG (Just ain't no good) The PW machines seem to come in mostly JANG though.
