Default featherweight 222 motor swap questions

    Hello,

i bought a featherweight 222! but its the British one so i have to swap the motor out. is there any other sewing machines besides 222 /221 that have the same motor that i can use to swap the motor out? or is the only option to use a 221?

    thanks

    Hi,

Featherweight motor is unique to FW. Can't think of anything else that would mount properly unless someone makes an aftermarket import motor. Might also be worth looking into a voltage converter.
