    I have one made right after WW2. It was bought new by my Mother. I grew up watching her sew with it. You might say she is my little sister. I have all her attachments, original owners manual and case. Mother had the card table but threw it away years ago. She hated to sew and never taught me, but I learned after I married.

    Oh aren't they wonderful and "cute? I have several here are pics of 3 in the different colors. They all have carrying cases and I have a table also.

    Yes, I have one and just love it. I got it about 12 years ago on ebay from a lady in Canada. With shipping I paid about $168. It goes to classes and as even been on a quilting cruise.

    I love this thread! Thanks for starting it, Craftybear! Hope you adopt one soon.
    A couple of people mentioned taking a course on FW's. Is this something local, or on the net? I would love to know more about maintaining my machine. My DH does a wonderful job, but is sometimes not available when needed and I hate to wait! Any info about a course would be appreciated!

    Am waiting on my grandmother's FW. My mom has it in her closet "somewhere" I need my board friends to call in the hoarders program to go to her house and dig it out!!! LOL LOL LOL I'm going to my grandmothers 100th birthday in July and hope to at least attempt to find it. I sew want to join your club :) :) can I at least "lurk" until I am an official member?

    I have a featherweight and 3 301's. I love these old machines and they are easy to maintain.
