Made in China, and likely fairly new. Haven't read much that is positive about the Chinese machines.
Around here, I can buy a 15-91, in a cabinet, for the same money or less, though if you are only looking for a machine to display, that one looks nice enough.

I'd like to see the front of the first machine, or the back of the others, to see if the Flying Man was in the front decal, or below it like the other two.
