    If I overfill my bobbin, then the thread hops out of the tension spring on the bobbin and my stitching looks like that on the underside. I have to stop the bobbin before it's totally full for FMQ. I do not have to adjust either tension on mine.

    It sounds like something to do with FMQ foot.
