FW Table Restore Done!

I was told by a local antique dealer that those tables are hard to find. Most people used them for something else and like a lot of the looms of the day, ended up as firewood. You are most fortunate that someone knew what it was and the result is stunning.

Yes, they are not too common but folks should just keep looking - you never know when one will show up. What a surprise to me when I found one for free on Craigslist. If all the parts are present - they do clean up nicely. I've learned that the veneer is walnut and it is a very stunning wood -well worth the time to restore. It is also a well-made table - as expected from this time period - very heavy hinges, etc. I appreciate everyone's compliments.
