I didn't know these were such hot items! And I was only planning to throw mine out after I used the oil.

I've seen the older cans, that fit into the holder in the cabinet/case, priced pretty high, but never those newer ones. Heck, I have 3 of the newer ones that I will let go for $50 each. What, no takers?

I have one that came with my featherweight. It's dry though I can't imagine using oil from either 1950 or 1974 (machine date and second owner date).

I guess if you want to stay authentic you could always refill the old cans. I've never looked to see what they sell for. maybe I'll check it out.

In the antique mall in AB, they usually go for under $10.

Just for giggles, I saw an ad on Craigslist, Ocala, Florida, for a White Rotary Machine in a very ornate cabinet for $500.00! Is somebody smoking the wacky weed? The machine and cabinet appeared to be in pretty good shape, but that's a lot!
