    Ok, so maaaaybe I am also looking at Craigslist and seeing a very pretty very cheap treadle in a different listing and realizing (four times an hour) that there is no way I can get that one home and inside on my own. . .

    The unfortunate state of my finances prevent me from going after it or pretty much any sewing machine at the moment. Having to add a tank of gas to the cost doesn't help. There's been some good deals floating around up here with no takers lately.

    And this is why it stinks to not have money. I'd be thinking hard about making an offer on that one if the gods weren't laughing at us right now. Even a little more painful because we were just talking about going up to Woodinville for a wine-tasting on Sunday!
