    Sort of looks like some flavor of a Fashion Mate model 2xx machine, but the hinged lid has me stumped.

    I couldn't figure it out either. Could be it's not even a Singer. Some sellers seem to think all sewing machines are Singers.

    ....and it doesn't look like it's got too much "sledge" that needs cleaned out of it either. Whada ya think Miriam?

    I think I would touch it and sew on it - Hammer foot and all - I like those old machines.

    Hubby and I had cabin fever in the worst way, so we hit the local antique mall. I didn't take a picture but there was a White Rotary 77 with a price tag that had me scratching my head! $799.00 firm WHAT??

    Makes mine look like the bargain of the year LOL
