    I wish the had a picture of the front - this is not the typical Free/Westinghouse machine. However Free did make New Royal machines where were a different design that took the same narrow gap feet (only Free machines do) but had the rectangular needle plate (which other Free machines do not).

    I had thought Free stopped making the Royal type machines early on, so this one would be really neat to have.

    Though my experience with pictures only of the back - it's because the front side decals are in really bad shape. So they take a picture of the "pretty" side.

    I like that one, and I agree- it's not the usual turtle back. I'm kind of watching and waiting for the right turtleback machine to come along that I can use as an example of part of the development of the modern electric sewing machine.

    2 hrs to go. the local G/W here would have this at $100, a week later it would be gone, ask what happened to it the answer would be it sold, ask her how much, she'd say the 100. you know better.
