I hate that too. Well I suppose if they sell them as Singer and they actually won't fit a Singer then they're responsible for refunding the person's money. It is a hassle though.

A lot of nice machines in my area lately. Here's another one. Minnesota A with a beautiful parlor cabinet. $60.

    This just hurts.
No way I could get there in time.

Oh- that one does hurt! Though it does not say anything about there being a machine inside . . .

Sure wish there was a way to find out the "End of the story" on some of these - can only hope that someone who knows what it is ends up with it.

That's my hope too. If I get one I have machines to fit (don't we all in this group?). Although not original I'd probably put my Rodney machine in it.

    Yes, it's a 201-2.

Nice looking machines but none are worth $85. I'd pick the Compac and the Commander.

Oh, I want the Cardinal! (I'm a baseball Cardinals fan.) I wish I knew someone in Milwaukee who would pick it up for me .

That may have been a hoax. The listing has been taken down, and I saw one on either Oklahoma City or Dallas Craig’s List just a few minutes ago that sounds like your description, but now that I look again, I can’t find the listing at either place.....

Maybe. I don't know. Probably was too good to be true.

Here's one that I just like.
