Gold decals
#11
They will be the featherweight decals, none of the others are commercially produced and available to the public. Some are better than none tho, and I'm sure you can adapt them to fit the machine you're refurbing!

1. How about the 'gold' decorative stuff around the edges of the Featherweight? Are they decals that can be replaced?
2. The front plate: what to use to shine it up and not make it more dull? It's the "egyptian scroll" design.
3. One underneath foot is broken off and would scratch surfaces; another is mostly gone. SO wondering about replacing all four of them? maybe with rubber ones unless the originals were metal and can be replaced with same?
This is for a 1937 FW I just bought today; never had one before (oh yes, I am doing the happy dance!)
I'm so very thankful for this site cuz I know nothing about FWs except that I've wanted one for a very long time.
