Got a free treadle
It's in pretty rough shape but the needle still goes up & down when you turn the wheel. The serial # is G7549432. Can anyone tell us about it? It looks like the tension and/or something is on the backside by the foot lift lever.

Well, congrats on the free treadle. We need pics, especially cos I've not seen one of this model before.
According to the Singer chart G 7549432 is a Model 115. Allotted number: 2000. Allotted date: 12-2-19.
Hope this helps some.
Joe

Yes you have Joe....my newest treadle is a 115...pics in the photo thread...
From what I understand, there were only about 300,000 model 115 machines made in the....uhmmm...15 years or so that they made them. (I'm trying to recall what I read for the length of time that they made them, I know the number was 300,000 tho....that surprised me because of how many of each model Singer normally made. I do recall that they didn't make the 115 for very long tho...)
