At that price I would have had a relapse too. Sometimes a great deal is just too hard to pass up.

I got a Lelia 510 and manual for $7.50. I have scanned the manual into pdf form and can email it to you if anyone needs a copy, don't know if it will help with yours or not????

Hey, all. You're a great support group! You're supposed to be helping me fight SMAD!

ppquilter, thank you for your kind offer. I found a manual for my machine online for free download, so I think I'm good there! I will be painting the hand wheel, searching for the missing buttonhole knob (not necessary for the machine to operate), and buying a lead/pedal combo. More machine repair madness! Wahoo!!

Yea, I'm the guy who just got ANOTHER 1870's treadle this weekend with no prior planning or intent.... More like I sympathize with you...

The older Necchis are so sleek and elegant! I have a Supernova in the garage to work on after my hand surgery heals up. I would have rather had a pink one, though!

Yeah, we both have it bad. I'm actually forgetting about machines I own and I've no idea how many I have now. It's nearing 100.

I recently told my family that I'd like to winnow my collection down to about 10 or 12. They all burst out laughing. I get no respect.

The Supernovas are excellent machines. I almost got one a couple of weeks ago but I resisted. And then I felt guilty for not buying it, more guilty than if I had. The conscience is a cruel taskmaster!

Best wishes on your healing and with your Necchi!

Well at least falling off the wagon wasn't hard on the pocketbook! What a pretty bargain!
